Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with key account contacts via email, phone, and Teams.
- Deliver excellent customer service by solving issues efficiently.
- Manage assigned helpdesks and customer portals.
- Prepare and send quotes to customers.
- Address and resolve customer questions and concerns quickly.
- Process purchase orders as needed.
- Work closely with internal teams to solve customer issues.
- Support key account users on customer portals.
- Join and contribute to team meetings.
- Support sales
- Gather and report data for key performance metrics.
