Fleet Administrator
Location: Bagshot, Surrey
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 Dependant on Experience
Are you ready to join a dynamic and growing team? We are seeking a Fleet Administrator to join the Fleet and Asset Team at our Head Office in Bagshot, Surrey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to internal teams and handle queries related to vehicles and machinery.
- Ensure compliance with fleet regulations and company policies.
- Organise vehicle requirements and manage new starters and leavers.
- Update fleet management system with relevant information.
- Process fleet invoices and liaise with suppliers.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and fleet management systems is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Full driving licence required.
