As a Managed Service Desk Engineer (T1), you will be the primary point of contact for our customers utilising cloud-based IP telephony solutions.

Due to this being a full-on leadership role, you will be expected to be in the office to lead and inspire for the first few months (4-5 days per week), but when the role settles down, it can be practically 50% remote.

Responsible for organising and coordinating all international project travel and logistics arrangements for contractors and field staff within our clients organisation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to, the following:
Ensuring that all travel arrangements are made efficiently, cost-effectively and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
The task at hand: You will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, high volume incentive payments to customers whilst reviewing and suggesting improvements to the current process.
