We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Interim Registered Manager to oversee a medium-sized residential and nursing care home in South East England.
This is a temporary position, lasting between 9 to 12 months, where you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to the elderly residents.

The Residential Property Manager will be responsible for assisting with the management of multi-location residential property portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Primarily assisting in the management of a multi-location residential portfolios.
Liaising with and acting as the main point of contact for tenants, occupiers and contractors on maintenance issues and organising timely repairs via purchase orders.
The Shared Ownership Manager will support the Residential Management Team and wider department by delivering the management of Shared Ownership service line and ensuring that all related administration duties are completed.
They will have previous experience and understanding of Shared Ownership management, including resales and staircasing process, as well as of working in a busy environment and being able to provide a high level of service to, and establish rapport with clients, residents and Savills' colleagues.
The successful candidate will be a good team player, able to work independently and use initiative, with strong organisational and communication skills (both verbal and written), the ability to work under pressure and a willingness to learn.
About the opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our fast-paced Finance team as an Assistant Management Accountant (AMA) specialising in Fixed Assets.
The Assistant Management Accountant will benefit from the support of three other team colleagues and the leadership and support of one of our Finance Managers.
The AMA will have a defined set of responsibilities across both the profit & loss account and the balance sheet, and you will also be producing and presenting monthly results to senior leadership within the financial accounts team.

The ideal candidate will be empathetic, assertive, and capable of building strong relationships with our retailers.
This role is integral to the smooth running of the Centre Management office, involving direct interaction with our retailers to support their business needs and gather essential feedback on sales and trading performance.
