We are seeking a driven New Business Account Manager to help us grow our client base and build a portfolio of live vacancies in various office-based positions. You'll work closely with the owner, who will support you as a delivery consultant responsible for sourcing candidates. Responsibilities: Develop new clients from scratch. Build and maintain a portfolio of live vacancies. Focus on office-based roles in Admin, Customer Service, Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing & Communications, Facilities, Project Management, and more. Engage in pure business development recruitment. Collaborate with the owner to source and place candidates. Work towards high targets and KPIs. Experience Required: Proven experience in securing new clients or selling services to businesses. Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to build new business from scratch. Sales experience using limited resources (internet, phone, email, and our website). Interest in working within a startup environment. Demonstrated ability to exceed targets and KPIs. What We Offer: A basic salary of £35,000 (pro-rata) plus commission.
