4Recruitment Services are seeking a Team Leader for a for Supported Living Service located within Trafford.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
To support and assist the Manager and to manage and supervise a team of Support Workers.
To ensure that the team work towards promoting and maximising the independence of Service Users and empowering and enabling individuals to make informed choices whist living their lives to the full within the community.
Do you have a solid background in leading teams of between 10-15 people, ideally in a busy office or call centre environment?
You will be leading your own team of seasonal workers, who help to ensure the smooth running of a very busy operational period for our client.
In your leading role you will play an important role by allocating work within your team, driving performance to meet KPIs and supporting to deliver a high level of customer service.
You will report into the Head of HR and sit at the heart of the people agenda for the respective function, where you will gain an understanding of the function you partner, collaborating with the leadership teams to deliver the commercial strategy with a robust people plan and talent agenda, allowing you to support development of the culture and leadership accountability.Key Responsibilities

The role of the recruitment coordinator is to work with one of Lorien Resourcing key RPO clients, (Nationwide Building Society), working to successfully deliver an end-to-end recruitment service.
We are looking for Team Leaders to join our call centre in Dover on a 9-month fixed-term contract.
There will be a potential for the role to be made permanent or extended.
