Recruitment Coordinator - Fixed Term Contract

Location: London. Hybrid, with only 2 days on-site!

The Role

The role of the recruitment coordinator is to work with one of Lorien Resourcing key RPO clients, (Nationwide Building Society), working to successfully deliver an end-to-end recruitment service. This job requires a background within an administrative environment, and someone with a passion for accuracy and attention to detail. Many of your stakeholders will be senior members of the client and you will need to remain positive when working under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all candidates are being managed via the recruitment system and that the candidate's journey is recorded on the database, always ensuring accuracy.
  • Support the business partnering team in the management of the end to-end recruitment process, ensuring Lorien, and client policies are followed.
  • Coordinate the interview and assessment process including effective communication to all parties
  • Coordinate the feedback process with candidates and hiring managers as required
  • Work with the business partnering team to build effective
  • relationships with all client stakeholders
  • Support the onboarding and vetting processes as required to ensure effective candidate management

What we're looking for:

We are ideally looking for someone with a strong administration /customer service background in a busy office environment with a high level of attention to detail and great organisational skills.

You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication and a strong understanding of IT systems, and Microsoft office.
