Client Details The organisation is a leading entity in the retail industry and based in Brighton. Description As a Recruitment Administrator your responsibilities will include: Manage recruitment-related administration tasks Communicate with prospective candidates and arrange interviews Assist in creating job descriptions and postings Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment database Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements Screen resumes and applications Profile A successful Recruitment Administrator should have: Excellent communication skills Strong knowledge of HR databases and ATS Systems (Preferable) Experience working in a similar position Job Offer An estimated hourly salary of £14 - £16 per hour Opportunity to work in a leading company in the retail industry Opportunities for professional growth and development 6 Week assignment with the potential to be extended
