VNA Recruitment are currently searching for a Recruitment Administrator for our client based in Haringey. The main responsibilities of the role are:
- Be the 'goto' person for all first line queries in relation to recruitment from candidates and hiring managers
- Resolving all first line queries within agreed time-scales and display customer excellence to build excellent customer engagement
- Assisting the Recruitment Specialists with interview scheduling and sending out of interview invites and monitoring acceptances
- Sending out Conditional Offer Letters and managing the acceptance process
- Delivering excellent community service to our hiring community
