We are looking for a confident
Recruitment Administrator
/
HR Administrator
to support a lovely team at a busy time of year, with them being in education, they are busy trying to recruit and have everybody ready for September starts. The ideal candidate would be a very competent
administrator
who is happy to role their sleeves up and jump in to a busy workload. You will be supporting the
People Services
team with the
onboarding
process to add value to the
recruitment
process when it comes to efficiency and accuracy. Our client is in need of a safe pair of hands! Could this be you?
We are also looking for someone who can communicate over the phone and build a strong working relationship with the team in a short space of time. Pace and accuracy are key skills that we are looking for as the team are currently sending out around 30 contacts a week.
Your daily duties will include:
Onboarding administration
Pre employment checks
Chasing documents from both candidates, referees and service providers
Helping to manage the shared
recruitment
inbox
Setting candidates up on the system
Are you immediately available and looking for an exciting opportunity to get stuck in and add value? If so I would love to here from you. If you have had a DBS check within the last 6 months this is preferred but not essential.
