About the Role

Job Description
Reporting to the Project Manager, you, as the Assistant Site Manager, will be expected to be able to manage the site and oversee the 2 units of the new build development until completion.
Summary of position: Effective, efficient and excellent operational delivery of all projects and contracts whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and health & safety standards.
Professional line management of all operational direct reports ensuring high levels of staff competencies and training are maintained, aligned with consistent engagement with clients and supply chains to deliver operational excellence.
Strict compliance and adherence with the relevant form of contract on all contracted work undertaken.
The successful candidate will have proven project management experience with excellent people skills.You will be managing multiple projects of various sizes and working closely with the consultancy, technical and support teams.
