Looking for an Assistant Site Manager with minimum of 2 years experience in construction. My client is looking for a get-up-and-go type character who is eager to learn and ready to get stuck into a new role.
Job Description:
Reporting to the Project Manager, you, as the Assistant Site Manager, will be expected to be able to manage the site and oversee the 2 units of the new build development until completion. There are 11 units in total, you will be looking after 2 of them, overseeing workers on site, completing site reports, KPI's, liaising with clients etc.
Experience & Knowledge required:
- Good construction experience
- Strong understanding of new build projects/new build developments
- Excellent attitude to learn and grow within the business
- Good attention to detail
- Experience in managing a team of workers
