To be a key point of contact for customers responding to enquiries across a range of Housing and Council services in line with service standards.
To accurately store, access and maintain electronic and manual records, ensuring information held is correct and processed in compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations.
To accurately process and reconcile income in line with the Council's financial guidelines and regulations.
You will be supporting providing telephone support with account queries, amendments, complaints, applications, and escalating complex complaints and reports of fraud to specialist teams.
We are looking for ambitious and motivated Customer Care Agents to join an energetic team that supports everyday banking customers.
You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, working shifts across Monday-Friday, between the hours of 08:00-20:00.
The hourly rate for this role is £11.44 and up to £12.02 across selected locations within London.
The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role.Due to varying schedules, the ideal candidate must be completely flexible and available to work Monday through.
