Our client, based in Cramlington, are looking for a Sales Administrator on a temporary basis.
This be for an intitial 2 x month period, but may be extended.
Working hours are 08:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursdays and 08:00am to 1:00pm Fridays. £11.44 per hour PAYE.
Key Responsibilities :
- Invoice all product sales out of Site.
- Ensuring all Sales orders are dispatched in timely and orderly manner.
- Coordinate logistics with designated freight forwarders for product sales
- Entering product sales orders and maintain the Oracle system.
- Issuing open Sales order reports with promised delivery dates to all distribution sites.
- Issuing Quotations for Special Products.
- Administration support to Logistics Office Morpeth
- Coordinate between Morpeth sales and manufacturing departments
- Assisting other departments on import and export best practices
- Issue weekly/monthly sales/shipping reports to the Plant Manager
- Arrange travel/hotels for Enerpac Morpeth and any UK and overseas visitors to Morpeth
- Coordinate between Morpeth and other Enerpac facilities on availability of product and any special requests
- Work within the ISO9001 procedures. Report and changes to ISO administrator.
Role Requirements:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- The ability to communicate confidently at all levels
- Confident telephone manner.
- The ability to work to tight deadlines
