The role you will be Doing
- Order entry
- Order acknowledgement
- Communicating with customers effectively
- Logging and distributing customer enquiries from telephone and email
- Filing digitally and physically
- Communicating openly and cooperatively with the team
About You
- Computer literate
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 programmes
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Previous experience in a similar office based role
- Previous experience of Salesforce is an advantage
