Our client is a successful and established company based in Wallsend. They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team full time, on a temporary to permanent basis. If you meet the person specification for the role, please apply below for an immediate response.

The role you will be Doing

  • Order entry
  • Order acknowledgement
  • Communicating with customers effectively
  • Logging and distributing customer enquiries from telephone and email
  • Filing digitally and physically
  • Communicating openly and cooperatively with the team

About You

  • Computer literate
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 programmes
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Previous experience in a similar office based role
  • Previous experience of Salesforce is an advantage
