Working as the Front of House Hotel Receptionist you will take all reservation enquiries by telephone, fax, email and in person in the absence of a Reservations Agent adhering to Company sales policies.
In this Part Time Receptionist/Administrator role you will be required to undertake general customer service duties including answering the telephone in a timely and friendly manner and taking messages as appropriate.
Assisting with customer queries and greeting patients and visitors.
You will work mainly in their premises in Thame but will need the ability to drive to Haddenham on occasions.
