My client is seeking a Part Time Receptionist/Administrator to join their team.
- You will work mainly in their premises in Thame but will need the ability to drive to Haddenham on occasions. In this Part Time Receptionist/Administrator role you will be required to undertake general customer service duties including answering the telephone in a timely and friendly manner and taking messages as appropriate.
- Assisting with customer queries and greeting patients and visitors.
- You will also be required to undertake some administrative tasks such as booking appointments, maintaining and updating customer records, advising on collections and deliveries, and diary management.
- This role will involve some cash handling responsibilities including cashing up tills at the end of the day.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous customer service and administration experience.
- A confident telephone manner and be computer literate.
- This can be a varied role so requires some flexibility in your approach to work, and the ability to multi-task.
Working hours are week 1: Thursday + Friday 08:30 - 17:45
Week2: Tuesday + Friday 08:30 - 17:45 + Saturday 08:30 - 17:00.
This comes to an average of 20.25 hrs per week which is a salary of 12,636.00.
