You will be expected to maintain a presence on various front reception desks offering assistance to all personnel visiting and utilising the building from daily visitors to permanent tenants.
The main purpose of the role is to provide cover for all absences within the Reception Services Department, Including pre booked holiday, emergency sickness and training cover requirements.
The ideal candidate for this role is a confident leader with strong organizational skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to manage the reception team while maintaining a professional and efficient work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Visitor Management: Welcome visitors professionally and ensure proper sign-in.
Access Control: Issue visitor passes according to client policies.
