As a Senior Electronic Records Management / Information Governance Analyst, you will have experience within information governance/electronic records management ideally from another law firm or corporate environment
You will be responsible for providing day-to-day operations of the Information Governance team, including file management, file intake, releases, destruction requests, data access requests and records retention services across the firm's offices.
The Property Manager is primarily responsible for the delivery of management services to a portfolio of residential and, where applicable, mixed-use buildings and estates.
The Property Manager may, in cases of a large portfolio, have an assistant property manager to work alongside them and should endeavour to develop the individual's skills for succession management.
This role will be the direct interface with the Client/Freeholder and Leaseholders within their portfolio.
To manage the administrative elements of the contract including memos, QA reports, client reports, co- ordinating diaries, marketing and merchandising and any other administrative requirements.
To manage data input, payroll hours, stock management, SAP, purchase orders and any other financial functions required to enable the monitoring and accurate accounting of the Profit and Loss Account.
To provide a proactive and professional support for all practice and business services groups across the firm including (but not limited to) audio/digital dictation typing, copy typing, amending/formatting large and complex documents, producing comparison documentation, Word/PDF conversion and manipulation plus the preparation of diagrams, slides, spreadsheets andother ad hoc requests as required.
