The Project Document Controller will be assigned to one major projects and will assume responsibility for the management of document control.
In this contract position, you will maintain configuration control and traceability of project documentation such as engineering drawings, project documents and the distribution/transmittal of internal and external correspondence.

Run weekly interfaces from open housing to open accounts and manage rents email; ensuring all rent income postings are logged to the correct companies and codes within open accounts; chasing any missing codes for posting and checking all refunds to rent accounts before forwarding for payment.
