I am recruitng for a local authoirty who is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join the Resettlement Team.
You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including data collection, data cleansing, spreadsheet management, high-volume mailings, and managing email communication.
In this role, you will provide critical support to the Tenancy Management and Resettlemet Team Leader and Compliance Officer, ensuring daily tasks smoothly and compliance standards are met within the wider team.
To effectively engage with young people from diverse backgrounds at all stages of case management including during assessment, review and delivery of interventions/programmes.
To gather information, analyse and assess to manage risk, re-offending and safety/wellbeing accurately using appropriate screening and assessment tools; taking necessary measures to ensure welfare needs are dealt with effectively and public protection considerations are appropriately managed.
To create in conjunction with young people and families, bespoke intervention plans to address all areas of need and to regularly review the plans to ensure their suitability and effectiveness.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to review and address old unallocated cash account balances, dealing with this by allocating them or arranging for their return to their original sources.
Additionally, the role will involve examining outdated balances for landlords, tenants, and suppliers, where funds may be held but the associated parties are no longer active.
You will be working within a global property consultancy who work across both commercial and residential properties.
Our Assistant Client/Service charge Accountants support a senior accountant on their commercial/residential portfolio of accounts and are expected to be able to support with all accounting aspects relating to that portfolio.
Responsibilities
Input property service charge budgets, raise charges (service charge, rent, insurance, adhoc charges) and demands to send to tenants/leaseholders.

CMC Consulting have partnered with a global financial services organisation who are looking to strengthen their transactional finance team with the addition of an Accounts Payable Clerk.
Proactively manage and maintain fee-earners' diaries, scheduling appointments and co-ordinating internal and external client meetings and ensure all work activities are scheduled effectively, including the identification and resolution of potential challenges and clashes.
Having a good knowledge of fee earners clients, liaising with their PAs.

To provide fee-earners with proactive and high-quality secretarial support that appropriately meets their requirements, enabling them to focus on providing legal services to clients and reducing the need for them to undertake administrative tasks.
