Day-to-day of the role: Advising clients and taking instructions to effectively manage their cases. Handling Conditional Fee Agreements (CFAs) and After The Event (ATE) insurance. Analysing disclosures to build strong cases. Preparing witness statements that accurately convey the client's situation.
