We are proud to be working alongside our client, who has had a position become available for a solicitor or paralegal to assist in their personal injury department in Chichester.
The successful applicant will have experience in assisting with the running of higher value multi-track cases through to trial.
This will include, but not be limited to:
- Advising clients and taking instructions
- CFA's and ATE insurance
- Analysing disclosures
- Preparation of witness statements
- Instructions to experts and counsel
- Assisting with the preparation of directions and costs budgets and other court documents.
