Our client An established law firm in the Chichester area
The Role A position has become available for a Paralegal to assist in our client's busy personal injury department.
Responsibilities / Duties The successful applicant will have experience in assisting with the running of higher value multi-track cases through to trial. This will include, but not be limited to:
- Advising clients and taking instructions
- CFA's and ate insurance
- Analysing disclosures
- Preparation of witness statements
- Instructions to experts and counsel
- Assisting with the preparation of directions and costs budgets and other court documents
The role is full time Monday to Friday (working in the office / in person)
A salary of circa £25k-£30k + benefits, there is also financial assistance with parking.
