Our City based client have a new opening for a Claims Quality Assurance Manager.
In this newly created role, you will be required to conduct quality assurance reviews and audits to monitor adherence to claims handling guidelines and delegated authorities.
You will apply your knowledge and experience to develop a quality-assurance process that ensures stable and predictable releases.
Basic Salary Up to £33,000 plus travel allowance £2,500 per annum (paid monthly after probation) £7.5% company pension contribution, Life insurance and income protection insurance & 26 days annual leave plus a Discretionary Bonus
As a Quality Manger, You will be helping manageing the team and help to check our fabulous products as they go on their journey through the Factory, checking every product matches up to standards, and ensuring that every customer experiences the same fantastic quality of product when it arrives with them.
Shift Patten: 7am to 7pm, Tuesday to Sunday or Sunday to Thursday
You will need to be able to demonstrate high levels of attention to detail, the ability to work in a high volume environment, and pride in the role that you perform.
