Key Responsibilities Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) to comply with ISO 9001 standards. Lead process improvements and develop quality policies, procedures, and objectives. Conduct internal audits and ensure all quality documentation is current and accessible. Develop and measure quality performance KPIs internally, with customers, and suppliers. Lead initiatives to improve ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 processes and certifications. Facilitate training programs to enhance staff understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements. Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). Manage the customer complaint process and liaise with customers and suppliers on quality matters. Oversee quality control activities to ensure product standards. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Skills & Qualifications Extensive knowledge and experience with manufacturing, inspection, and quality standards. Strong knowledge and experience with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001. Minimum of 4 years' experience in a Quality Role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proven experience in process improvement, root cause analysis, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement. Health and Safety management experience is highly desirable. Why Apply? Working closely with the Technical and Quality Manager, this role will be responsible for delivering high standards of quality and testing across their product range. The business are located on a modern, state of the art facility and conveniently located. They are looking for someone from an electronics background with experience of fault finding and testing. Duties & responsibilities include: Develop and maintain our internal testing procedures Provide technical support and field technical queries Support the effective problem solving of design issues/development. Work with internal departments to develop and maintain efficient company procedures. Work with suppliers and contractors to develop and maintain best practice test procedures. Non-Compliance Reports (NCR) Customer returns, fault diagnostics, cause, and effects with liability. Create electrical drawings and site wiring diagrams and provide support to customers and colleagues in the technical department.
