An experienced Quality Engineer who has strong experience within Quality tools like 8D, investigations, FMEA's PPAP and SPC is required for a large and reputable Manufacturing business based in Plymouth.

Main Duties
To work in line with Quality, Safety and Environmental Policies, Procedures and Instructions.
As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our client's products by leading and managing a small team.
You will be responsible for overseeing the approval and setup of new parts through the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).

Key Accountabilities and Key Measures
Primary Purpose of Role
To provide excellent business support services in the Children's spoke (CYPF department), ensuring that all activities and functions provided to colleagues, managers, external stakeholders, and customers are efficient and effective.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Process Engineer who will be responsible for the performance of specific Manufacturing process operations within one or more areas of the business.
You will be required to define a process, ensuring all documentation are correct and communicated to all team leaders so that correct operations and take a consistent approach to all products being manufactured.
