Key Duties
Responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing processes to support the Maintenance team in working efficiently, aligned with business priorities, customer demand, and compliance.

As the Maintenance Coordinator Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the workload of the Maintenance department, ensuring a high-level of customer service while maintaining the landlord's assets in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
This includes managing daily budget controls, work processes, and departmental strategies to ensure operations are carried out in accordance with company directives.
Working within Brand Management and Operational Excellence approach accountable to the senior leadership team to shape and develop a multi-site production capability, enabling ongoing growth in quality, profitability, efficiency and compliance.
