Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a registered social landlord and provider of affordable housing, to appoint an experienced repairs Surveyor on a contract basis.
You will ensure repairs works are completed to specified quality standards, timescales and budgetary requirements, using pre sand post inspection, specification of works and regular communication between contractor and tenant to provide a first class service.
Conduct NNDR inspection visits and advice relating to all manner of discounts and exemptions.
General
You will work remotely and manage a portfolio of commercial buildings in the Swindon and North Somerset postcodes; you will visit each property using your own vehicle within 28 days of them being submitted and ensure they are visited once every 4 months.
You will work independently from your home, the business will provide you with a laptop and work telephone.
