A fantastic chance has presented itself for a Property Manager to join our client's team and assist with overseeing their growing property portfolio.
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all properties under your supervision are in accordance with all applicable regulations

1. Tenant Relations:
- Communicate effectively with tenants, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
- Handle tenancy issues, including lease renewals, rent collection, and resolving disputes.
- Conduct property visits and inspections to assess condition and compliance.
2. Maintenance and Repairs:
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Organize safety certificates and compliance checks.
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
3. Lettings and Allocations:
- Allocate rooms to tenants based on availability and suitability.
- Advertise vacant properties and manage the letting process.
- Conduct site audits to ensure properties meet quality standards.
4. Budget Management:
- Assist in budget planning for property-related expenses.
- Monitor rent arrears and take appropriate actions.
5. Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records of property details, tenancy agreements, and maintenance history.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Key Skills and requirements:
- Previous experience in property or lettings management is beneficial, however all candidates will be considered
- Good administrative background
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a busy workload and work under pressure
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Customer-friendly telephone manner
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle

Hours: Monday-Friday
Salary: A salary between £25,000 and £28,000 - Depending on experience
