Pinpoint Resourcing are partnering with a Property Management company based on North London who are urgently seeking a Property Manager Assistant on a 6 month basis with potential to go permanent.
This role will be to bridge the gap between the growing property management team and the support office.
Duties
Responsible for management of the services sheets and the portfolio.
You will be working within a global property consultancy who work across both commercial and residential properties.
Additionally, the role will involve examining outdated balances for landlords, tenants, and suppliers, where funds may be held but the associated parties are no longer active.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to review and address old unallocated cash account balances, dealing with this by allocating them or arranging for their return to their original sources.
Act as deputy to the property manager and provide full secretarial, clerical, and administrative support to the property management team (including the engineering team).
Assist the property & engineering manager in the execution and delivery of all services pertaining to the operational management of the property.
