Property Accountant - OUR CLIENT is an established and sizeable property developer and investor who have a position for a Property Accountant to provide support to the Manager ensuring the smooth running of all financial aspects relating to the management of Service Charges across the allocated portfolio.
The role will work closely with Property Accountants and the wider property management services team.

Assisting with the maintenance of a complex service charge estate.
The Property / Client Accountant is an individual with a strong grasp of service charge, legislation and best practise, exceptional skills in complex reconciliation, and a solid understanding of Excel.
