Our client is looking for a Property Manager to join their team on a permanent basis to deliver management services to a portfolio of residential properties across the Home Counties. Due to the travelling between properties, a car driver owner is essential for this role. This role can be based in Essex or NW London depending on your location. Your role will involve: - Residential property inspections and looking after the general maintenance of the buildings. You will be dealing with contractors, managing budgets, overseeing Section 20 Major works and attending AGM's. Reading leases and dealing with any breaches of the lease. Dealing with Insurance ensuring developments are fully insured, including property owners and employer liability cover. Communicating with clients/landlords/leaseholders and residents' queries. The ideal candidate for this role will have a lettings property management background and be looking to move into Block Property Management. You will need strong administration, communication and people skills. The AIRPM Qualification would be a distinct advantage but is not essential.
