We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Residential Property Manager to join our property management team in a friendly and busy office. A minimum of 6 months experience is required, additional training will be given but a genuine passion for property and the sector are a must.

Responsibilities
- Property management and maintenance including all compliance, dealing with third party contractors
- General admin and customer service
- Property inspections and dealing with DPSD for deposit releases
- Communicating with tenants and landlords to resolve deposit disputes
- Assisting with daily management duties ordering/maintenance keys/fobs
- Dealing with tenancy renewals, rent increases, and serving notices to tenants
- Booking of Inventories, dealing with tenants notices and booking checkouts
- Property licensing
