Experienced Production Manager required for a manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Swindon.
The successful candidate will be required to coach and mentor staff whilst leading by example, ensuring the factory is achieving consistently high levels of Productivity and Health & Safety.
Key Responsibilities
To lead and motivate the team to continually achieve and exceed productivity, customer service and quality target levels.
The objective of this role is to review and manage the assembly production plan, working with the production teams (scheduling, purchasing, warehousing, production and logistics) to supply all demand in line with customer needs.
