In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing essential administrative and team support activities, including handling of numerical and non-numerical data, minute taking, customer service, responding to inbox queries, report management and information collation.

As a Project Administrator based in the heart of City Centre Manchester the role will start initially start on a temporary basis for 6 months with the opportunity of hybrid working and long career progression.

This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Head of IT and the Project Sage Project Manager, ensuring smooth implementation of the business plan and efficient project administration, office presence is 2 days per week based in Central London.
We are working on behalf of a recognised health charity to seek a proactive and organised Temporary Project Team Administrator for a 2-3 month period.
Key Responsibilities
Manage diary, schedule meetings, and produce documentation for the Head of IT.
The Project Administrator will support the wider project team to ensure the projects are clearly tracked, managed and monitored, and delivered in accordance with the project plan.
Supporting the commercial, contractual and project management activities associated with building a fibre network.
The company is a well-established and respected player in the technology and telecoms sector.
The role requires an enthusiastic support, who is keen to learn, who can work independently across multiple projects at any one time, update and analyse spreadsheets, produce reports, chase external stakeholders for information, plan and prepare meetings and events, take minutes, raise orders and invoices, monitor budgets, routinely keep project information and records up to date, understand and follow corporate policies and processes.
Successful applicants will need to be: team players who are flexible and capable of working with minimal supervision; well organised with the ability to plan and deliver a varied workload; highly capable and well-motivated; excellent communicators.
They will also need to have strong interpersonal skills and have excellent attention to detail.
Organisation and administration: the first point of contact within the project for organisation and administrative tasks, organise on and off boarding of new project team members throughout the different stages and relevant equipment such as PPE
Document Management: updating and managing the document management systems
Financial Administration: processing of purchase requisitions and invoices in SAP
