Project Team Assistant

We are working on behalf of a recognised health charity to seek a proactive and organised Temporary Project Team Administrator for a 2-3 month period. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Head of IT and the Project Sage Project Manager, ensuring smooth implementation of the business plan and efficient project administration, office presence is 2 days per week based in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage diary, schedule meetings, and produce documentation for the Head of IT.
  • Process expenses and invoices, and log expenditures.
  • Prepare and circulate agendas, papers, and minutes from Project Sage meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, book venues, and manage event logistics.
  • Maintain and organise the Microsoft Teams environment, including setting up new folder structures.
  • Provide overall administrative support to the Project Sage team.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
