Administrator required to start work on a temporary basis for the next 6 - 9 months covering maternity leave. Working hours will be 35 hours a week Monday - Friday, varying shifts between 8.00am - 5.00pm. Yearly salary will be £25,000. Supporting a busy team, the ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, excellent communication and IT skills, and self-sufficient in ensuring all tasks are carried out accurately and in a timely manner. Duties: Answer incoming calls Collate invoicing information on Excel Liaise with clients in relation to new projects and existing jobs Input data on in-house CRM and external portals All other admin tasks as required Benefits: £25,000 per annum Experience required: Previous administration experience Construction industry experience is desirable Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills Please bear in mind that you may not hear from us straight away.
