Are you organised, detail-oriented, and ready to support a busy team with a range of administrative and marketing tasks? A project management company is looking for a dedicated Admin Assistant to join their team, providing essential support for business development, client outreach, and marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support
- Maintain an Excel spreadsheet with names and addresses for client outreach, including data entry and verifying details for accuracy (correct spellings, complete addresses, etc.).
- Use mail merge to create address labels and help organise materials into client batches.
- Assist with coordinating the distribution of materials, ensuring team members have what they need for client meetings and mailings.
2. Business Development Support
- Conduct lead research for our Business Development team, digging into relevant information and asking questions as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure quality and thoroughness in research tasks, taking initiative to seek clarification when necessary.
3. Marketing and Project Assistance
- Support marketing-related tasks, such as updating case studies, refreshing marketing documents, and helping prepare for upcoming projects.
- Be flexible and willing to take on additional tasks as they arise, helping keep the team organised and on track.
