iMove Estate Agents was established in March 2018 and we are looking to welcome to our team an in-house property manager to be based at a development we manage in Torquay. The right candidate will be someone passionate, enthusiastic, hardworking and career driven. Your role would briefly comprise: Act as the main point of contact in daily operations and management of the development Provide excellent customer service to residents Handle resident enquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely manner Maintain accurate records and files related to property management The right candidate will need to meet the following criteria: Previous experience in a similar role is essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in office administration tasks, including data entry and filing Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities effectively Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities As our business thrives on our 5 service we are after someone who is friendly, enthusiastic and wants to exceed client's expectations.
