Our client is seeking a Project Management Officer to join their team. This role is to support Project Managers and Work Package Managers in maintaining and governing project schedules and contribute to the in-house project management system (PMS). This is a vital position to ensure the accuracy and consistency of project plans, enabling the business to make informed decisions impacting resource allocation and revenue recognition. Day to Day of the role: Support Project Managers with project planning activities. Liaise with Work Package Managers to track project tasks, scheduling, and project performance. Engage in process improvement activities and training users on PMS tasks. Develop training materials and assist with new requirements and system upgrades. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project plans are accurate and consistent. Represent the business as an expert voice, learning from and supporting customers. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in project planning, project management, and/or manufacturing. Eagerness to learn project planning skills and project management systems. Knowledge of systems such as SAP, Primavera, and Planisware is advantageous, though full training on PMS will be provided. Team player with the ability to work independently. Commitment to the highest standards and attention to detail. Effective communication and listening skills.
