This role includes managing multiple inbound email inboxes as part of a Helpdesk service, ensuring all enquiries are addressed promptly and escalated to the appropriate person when necessary.
Our client, a leading London university, is looking to recruit a full-time (35 hours per week) temporary Programme Administrator to support them during this busy time.
This post will be Monday-Friday, hours will be 10am-6pm and the post will be eligible for hybrid working, normally 2 days per week onsite, equipment will be provided for homeworking for the other 3 days.
They are looking for someone to join them as soon as possible, and anticipating that this will be for 8 weeks, with a possibility to extend.
As a Project Administrator based in the heart of City Centre Manchester the role will start initially start on a temporary basis for 6 months with the opportunity of hybrid working and long career progression.
