The role will involve
Provide first-line escalation support to the team for any difficult customer issues; taking these through to resolution or escalating to the Customer Services Manager when appropriate.
To support the CSD team in providing excellent customer service on Caldwell & Vertex products, through training, building customer relationships and providing product knowledge support.
