Job Title: Customer Service Manager
Location: Tewkesbury
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. 1 in 3 Saturdays mornings 8am - 12pm
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership, guidance and support to the sales team
- Build a rapport with customers and working alongside the commercial and marketing departments to promote products and services
- You will be responsible for driving the service levels and making recommendations based on data and experiences
- Developing and implementing a robust reporting framework for key customer service performance indicators.
- You will effectively monitor and control customer orders ensuring accuracy of deliveries, sales and invoicing
- Updating and validating the customer database and pricing files
- You will conduct root cause analysis of any customer complaints or concerns to make improvements and prevent reoccurrence
Requirements:
You will have proven experience as a professional Customer Service Manager or Team Leader, with the ability to engage and motivate your team. You will adopt a proactive approach and remain positive, with creative solutions to any adversities.
Planning and organisation skills are a must - as is a strong understanding of systems and IT. You will be trustworthy and show a high degree of self-motivation.
