Walker Cole International is seeking a Microbiology Team Leader to join a leading Pharmaceutical organisation.
This full-time, permanent position is based in the Greater Glasgow area, and offers an excellent opportunity to oversee microbiology laboratories and drive compliance in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and ISO9001/13485 requirements.
Key Responsibilities as the Microbiology Team Leader
Oversee the management of microbiology laboratories, ensuring compliance with GMP, ISO13485, and other relevant standards.
As our Regional Manager, you will be responsible for to driving market share and sell-out through leading a team of Omnichannel Territory Managers (OTM), Commercial & Operations and cross functional teams.
You'll conduct regular regional meetings to establish a clear vision and accompany your team in the field to coach and develop them for optimal sales performance.
You'll build valuable channel relationships and enhancing commercial sales performance are key aspects of your responsibilities.
As production chemist you will work as part of the scientific operations shift team and will assist in setting up automated chemical reactions, as well as general lab maintenance & cleanliness (Stock solutions, preparation of raw materials, glassware maintenance).
