Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To ensure that all works are undertaken in a safe manner in accordance with good practice and current health & Safety legislation.Requesting and obtain necessary materials and equipment as required ensuring effective completion of the works, minimising waste and surplus materials wherever possible.
To carry out M&E maintenance works, including statutory compliance testing fault finding and rectification, minor decoration and carpentry repairs.
Our client based in Woking are seeking a Grounds Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and efficiency of waste management processes as well gardening and painting of the site.
This role requires someone with experience in a similar role, and you must be available immediately to start!
Duties
Sort different waste materials into appropriate areas for recycling and disposal.
