Are you an experienced Electromechanical Inspector looking for a new position? JRS are currently recruiting for our client in Farnham who are seeking an Inspector/Tester to come and join the business on a temp to perm basis.
This role requires a flexible approach and willingness to take on a multitude of tasks in different areas of the business.
Duties to include (but not limited to):
- Reading and understanding of technical drawings and specification
- Familiarity with electronic and pneumatic test equipment
- Ability to use measuring equipment
- Carry out final inspection testing
- Write reports and procedure instructions
- Ability to fault find and analyse problems
- Pressure and leak testing and inspection of finished product (which can be strenuous)
- Flexible working attitude with the ability to work within multiple departments
- Familiar with Statistical Process Control
Required Skills
- Previous experience of quality inspection within engineering including electronic and pneumatic equipment
- Qualifications in engineering and/or quality
- IT Literate
- Excellent report writing skills
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
