My client is a Leading Construction and Civil Engineering Contractor with an annual turnover approaching £1 Billion in the UK.
They are delivering a major infrastructure project near Cannock in the West Midlands and require a Planner / Senior Planner to supplement the project team.
The project comprises earthworks, infrastructure, roads, drainage, structures.
We are currently working with a Local Authority who are looking for a Service Review Consultant to lead and manage an independent, strategic, structural, and operational review of the Housing Benefit, Council Tax, NDR, Corporate Debt and Discretionary welfare schemes and functions, identifying areas of duplication and risk
Duties
Make recommendations to the Council as to how best to build operational sustainability, capacity, and resilience in accordance with Whole Council Re-Design criteria and principles.
Identify changes to future ways of working, based on best practice, to improve performance in service areas, adopting a customer led approach whilst improving current performance targets.
Working Arrangements: This is a hybrid role, with requirement to attend the office on average once a week.
Hours are 37/week, Mon - Friday.
