As a member of the FM team, you'll report directly to the company's Head of Property.
You will be responsible for managing existing and pipeline portfolios across the UK, as they continue to develop and manage high-quality accommodation.
Working with operational budgets of up to £1.5million per property, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact, with hands-on support from the Operations team.
Processing end of tenancy notices including overseeing property check out inspections, authorising cleaning and repairs works, informing Landlords of any works required and obtaining authorisation, advising tenants of works completed post check out and ahead of deposit release.
Acting upon detail provided by the Client Care and Senior Property Manager regarding potential rent increases and liaising with landlords to implement or upon direct requests to increase rents by Landlords.
