Looking for a pure new business 'hunter' who can combine a methodical, structured and metric-driven approach to prospecting with a high-energy, high-output, high-motivation mentality.
Responsibilities
Generate business opportunities from scratch using advanced sales techniques, networking at conferences, and organising roundtables.
As an experienced candidate within the Events/hospitality sector you will be required to support the Meeting, Events & Reservations Sales Manager to develop and drive the Meetings & Events & Room Reservation revenues, together with maximising guest experiences within the hotel.
Assisting to manage the Meetings & Events Sales team & Reservation Team, promoting a highly motivational, target driven culture within the department.
Working closely with the Director of Sales through driving all Meeting & Event and bedroom opportunity from both existing local clients and new organisations.
The successful candidate would preferably have previous experience in telesales or marketing and be able to keep up with a busy environment whilst meeting and completing targets.
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and personable individual to join their fast-growing company as a Telesales/Telemarketing Co-Ordinator.
You will be proficient in Word, Excel, and databases, you will be able to quickly develop rapport with existing customers, be a quick learner and be able to think on their feet.
